Ticket Purchase Support in Japanese Sign Language
Tickets can be purchased through our official website's linked platform, PassMarket, and at the ZA-KOENJI Ticket Box. If you have difficulty purchasing tickets online, you can make a reservation by phone or purchase tickets directly at the ZA-KOENJI Ticket Box counter. For those who wish to purchase tickets online, we offer in-person Japanese Sign Language support at the following times:

Deafblind Attendees Accompanied by Interpreter Guides
If you will be accompanied by an interpreter-guide, please let us know in the form when you purchase your ticket on PassMarket.
After you select "Yes" for an interpreter-guide, the festival office will send an email via PassMarket to your registered email address to confirm the number of guides.
Please note that interpreter-guides are generally admitted free of charge for up to one person. If you require a second guide, please contact us to discuss further details.
To ensure we can arrange appropriate seating, please let us know by Tuesday, October 28th, at the latest. Depending on seat availability, tickets may become unavailable without prior notice.

Preschool Children
Please note that preschool children are not permitted to participate in programmes held at ZA-KOENJI 1, ZA-KOENJI 2, or the Awa Odori Hall.However, the following spaces are open to all ages (preschool children must be accompanied by a guardian):
Inside the Venue: Gallery Asobiba, Café Henri Fabre
Outside the Venue: Sign Language Market, Koenji Mashita, Koenji Underpass Vacant Warehouse
For The Den and Imaginus, some restrictions apply. Please check the individual event pages for details.
Childcare Service
Childcare service is available for pre-school children aged 1 and older for select programmes only (Capacity is limited / reservations are required at least one week in advance / ¥1,000 per child, per session / In cooperation with NPO Chiiki Chiiki).
